im really sorry to hear this...no matter how much sometimes you are aware its going to happen, you always hope death will get there as late as possible....im no good at saying or doing the right things at times like this...i can just give you a big hug of comfort...even though we dont know each other, i really sympathize with you at this point...take extra care and be strong!

So sorry to hear this news. I know it wasn't unexpected, but it's still a sad time. My mother died 18 months ago. Again it wasn't unexpected, and like you and your father, we didn't have the best relationship. My thoughts are with you.
